This course works at that level. Beliefs, values and identity, and how they shape and shift entire systems. Language and meaning, learning to listen deeply and speak with real precision. The cognitive patterns and biases that quietly keep people and organisations stuck. Motivation and leverage, so change stops feeling like pushing a rock uphill. Systemic rapport and influence, the invisible threads that move groups, not just individuals. You’ll work with tools like the Meta Model, the Milton Model, Neurological Levels and the Disney Strategy, all adapted specifically for innovation and systemic change, not generic personal development.
You’ll work at two levels, woven together throughout. Developing yourself as a congruent, resilient and confident change leader. And learning to apply NLP directly within innovation projects, systemic initiatives and complex organisational work.
A lot of our participants aren’t external consultants; they’re inside the system, trying to make change happen without always having formal authority to back them up. So, alongside the technical tools, you’ll build the internal consultancy skills and relational presence to navigate power, influence with integrity, and support others from wherever you’re actually standing in the organisation.
